"Reduce, Recycle, Reuse" is more than a slogan for Consolidated Building Services.
CBS L.L.C. recently completed construction for a U.S. Green Building Council LEED® project registered for Silver Certification.
This project included the renovation of a 26,000 FT structure for the largest Colorado Public Energy Service company.
Consolidated Building Services L.L.C. is proud to announce we have been awarded:
"Our genuine thanks and appreciation for taking Volunteers of America and the Rainbow House into your hearts.
Donating your hard work, dedication and financial support to those who so badly need it makes all the difference to the kids at the Rainbow House.
We are proud to call you a member and a friend"
"This is a special presentation of a first time award. The 'BOAC CARES' Award has been created for companies that are stepping forward to help BOAC make the world a better place.
For those of you who aren't aware - Consolidated Building Services was involved in a major renovation project with Volunteers of America and BOAC. It involved the Rainbow House - a day care center for children 5 months to 5 years old who may have AIDS or HIV related illnesses.
The Rainbow house is a 100 year old institution that was in need of a lot of tender love and care.
The project cost was in excess of $200,000.00 and CBS donated their overhead and profit equal to an estimated $50,000.00.
Consolidated Building Services L.L.C. and their staff are to be commended for their tireless effort to complete this project on time and on budget.
It is my pleasure to present this award to Dominick Luzinski and Consolidated Building Services.
Sincerely, Harry Gorham"
